About Collaborative Healthcare
Welcome to Collaborative Healthcare, where we ensure the right care for every patient.
We are an innovative, independent and locally owned practice that strives to provide the highest standard of patient care, with a holistic approach to the management of your health needs.
We provide medical services at the practice and in various aged care facilities – from pregnancy through to end-of-life care. These services include prenatal and postnatal care, paediatrics, general medicine, men’s and women’s health, and care for the elderly. In addition to the above services, we also have a menopause clinic, a skin clinic, and a travel medicine clinic.
Our services are provided by experienced General Practitioners (GPs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and a great administrative team.
Clinical Labs provides pathology services at the practice, with a Friendlies Pharmacy next door.
We are conveniently located in Joondanna, just 5km north of Perth CBD. On-site parking, including disability parking is available, and public transport is also easily accessible to the practice.
