Aged Care

Providing care to people as they age is an important part of our business. Aged care is a specialty that focuses on health care of elderly people. It aims to promote health by preventing and treating diseases and disabilities in older adults.

Since 2011 we have been providing care into residential aged care facilities to ensure the health and well being of the older population is managed as well as it would be when they used to visit the family practice.

This includes management of chronic conditions, acute care, immunisations, advance health planning and end of life or palliative care.
